In 2004 Nathan Parker received an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Alabama, where he now serves as Senior Instructor for the English, Honors, and Blount programs. He is faculty director for UA in New Zealand: Adventure Literature, and UA in Norway: Adventure Literature. His book The Locust Diagrams was published by Noemi Press in 2015.
