Bio

Cordelia Ross teaches first year writing as well as EN 205/215. On occasion she’ll teach upper division courses in the English department and in the Blount program. She received her doctorate from the University of California, Davis in 2017. Her pedagogy interests tend to be creative, and you’ll often find her students performing their own adaptations of a scene from Shakespeare, creating digital timelines, exploring the supernatural history of Tuscaloosa, or mapping and building literary spaces using a variety of digital platforms from WordPress to Minecraft.
