Did you write something this summer that you're dying to share with a captive audience? Then bring your poem, brief creative nonfiction essay, or flash fiction piece to ignite the back porch of Monarch Espresso Bar! The first ten people to sign up will get to read, so make sure you show up early to get on the list!

This event is open to all UA students, staff, and faculty as well as the greater Tuscaloosa community, so invite your friends and family! 

Time limit for readings: 5-7 minutes
