Q&A session with Sloan Harris about literary agency and publishing. 

Sloan Harris is Co-Director of the Literary Department at ICM/Curtis Brown, where he has been for 20 years. He got his start in the mailroom and graduated to managing contract and magazine and audio deals for the department. He has worked with accomplished writers in a wide range of genres including award winning
journalists and best selling nonfiction and fiction writers.

A Southerner at heart, he moved to New York City after finishing his degree at the University of Virginia and is currently immersed in the digital initiative that is transforming the industry today.
