Marsha McSpadden holds a BA from Presbyterian College, a MA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and an MFA in Fiction from the University of Memphis. She joined the UA faculty in 2008. Her short fictions of fragmented form can be found at Slice, smokelong, Conium Review, Shenandoah, matchbook, among others. Between football seasons, she can be found working on a novel about cellular memory.
